Caucasus 3 countries

This Adventure was an: educational, Cultural and religious study tour of the Caucasus: Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia and the adventure was provided by MIRU Adventures and our International guide was the famous Gary Wintz and it was a small group and our group was: Jay, Margarita, Marcia, Estelle, Robert, Maria, Marty, Gary and local guides Katar and Nikoloz.    See individual countries in country tabs   This is the general overview                                                                                                                                       

The trip was amazing and this is the general overview.  On the left tab the individual countries are listed and the post provides insight to all three countries: The Caucasus Mountain range forms a natural border between the Black Sea and Caspian Sea and the countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia are there and they are an important crossroads of European and Eastern Cultures. On This adventure we visited the oldest Christian Church in the world as well as visiting many old monastaries and historical museums. We also saw: Opera, theater and musical concerts while staying in the most incredible ancient cites in incredible hotels. We were also blessed to hike in some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Our hotels were incredible. Details on each country are on tabs to left.  Some highlights are we started from Yerevan Armenia and while there we stayed at the incredible Alexander Hotel and walked around one of the world’s Oldest metropolises and went to the Matenadaran Manuscript and History Museum. We visited Monasteries. From here we traveled to Tbilisi Georgia an important stop in the SILK road and visited the “Oldest Christian Church in the World” and visited a UNESCO Site Mtskheta and other Church/monasteries. We also went to Vineyards, and in Baku stayed in UNESCO site of BAKU and visited palaces. Wow our hotel ruled the world above and all our hotels had fitness centers and pools and some tennis courts. and some photos of the Opera, theater and so on below
