This trip to three African countries: Namibia, Botswana and Zambia was provided by Backroads and “Backroads” exceeded our expectations. Some of us ended up in Zimbabwe and had a day there and I bungee jumped off the Victoria Falls bridge 360 feet wow.  Of from the start and each country below on tabs to left show more detail.  Again Backroads provided this trip and it exceeded everyone’s expectations from the safaris to the hiking, biking, boating and the hotels and food and guides and team leaders were amazing. ok a brief overview on Namibia. Our Team Leaders below: Eli and Eliav below were awesome and inspiring 

Namibia: We started in Windhoek staying in the great Hilton Hotel and a photo from our hotel below.

While in Windhoek we went to museums, Craft centers, historical Churches and walked around the town.

From here on day 2 on a private plane our small group traveled to the Sossusvlei Desert lodge which is And Beyond Sossusviel Desert Lodge which was amazing and we hiked about a total of 7 miles and one hike took us to a Bushman’s cave in the mountain.

The next day (3rd day) we hiked the Big Daddy Sand Dune below and it was amazing and photo below

From here on day 3 we flew by private plane to Mown Mountain Camp and incredible and had great hikes . The next day, day 4 we went on a safari and hiked around and the next day day 5 we flew to Botswana on a private plane 

BOTSWANA, day 5, 6, 7:  We flew to the Okavango Delta in Botswana on day 5 and stayed in the Sanctuary Stanley’s Camp which was incredible.  It was here we did some hiking and saw many animals and a few animals below starting wth our lodge photo followed by Lions, leopards, giraffes, hippos.  

ZAMBIA below

from here on the afternoon of day 7 we flew again on a private plane to Zambia to a great lodge called the Sanctuary Sushi and Chuma which was a great lodge on the river. That night we took a river cruise on the Zambezi and and the ext day did a Victoria Falls trek, a bungee jump off of Victoria Falls and game drive as well as a a helicopter ride our hotel below the Sanctuary Sussi and Chuma lodge and from here we boated on the river so saw hippos crocodiles and elephants and then we hiked the Victoria Falls to the base with photos below and bungee Jumped

We concluded the trip by renting a helicopter and diving into the Zambezi river while others went fishing and photo below
