We went to a wedding in Annapolis and Annapolis is a great town to visit while in Maryland as it is historical being the first Capital in the United States 1783-1784 and is the capital of Maryland one of the original colonies. It is about 25 miles south of Baltimore and 30 miles north of Washington where there are further cultural historical sites. General George washington resigned his commission here and in 1783 congress ratified the Treaty of Paris here ending the American Revolutionary War. WE stayed in the incredible Graduate Hotel below that was perfectly located so one could walk all around Annapolis and provided great meals, great rooms and workout facility and photo below of the hotel

From the hotel we walked around town to the Naval Academy and some museums and historical sites photos below and then photos of the  wedding .

Went to the capital where George Washington resigned below 

From here visited the Naval Academey and went to their church and prayed below which was amazing 

There was a crypt for John Paul Jones below 

From here visited a few art museums and other churches below
