Blue Ridge Bicycle Club’s 21st Annual WNC Flyer presented by Hunter Subaru is a renowned cycling event that showcases the breathtaking natural beauty of the Western North Carolina region.  The WNC FLYER is a fundraising event for the Blue Ridge Bicycle Club. Riders will have their choice of a century, metric, half century, and half metric rides that wind through the valleys south of Asheville, NC. There is beautiful mountain scenery around every bend of the road without the long mountain climbs. The Flyer is a ride for everyone.  We went with Louise and John Fussell and Arden and I and we had a blast.  We started from Oskar Blues Brewery and biked various routes taking close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Rosman and Dunns Rock ending back at the Oskar Blues Brewery and they provided great music and food Brewery .  I did the 65 and The others did the 50 mile loop.  It was a great time and afterwards we went to Brevard to the “Brevard Music Center and listened to great music and had a great dinner in Brevard.  Ok photos below.
